Don’t stay here they have roaches 🪳. I took a video and took it to the front desk and emailed it to him. The man working was kind and refunded our money. The girl that checked us in had no clue about the hotel, if they had laundry service, or much else. Rooms are big. Run down. Pubic hairs all over the shower. Good location. If you can get past roaches it would be an OK stay.

I got the impression that this motel is struggling to make ends meet. It is located in a scuffed up part of town, and we arrived at 3pm only to wait because the desk agent had failed to show up. (Welcome to America) However, when the relief appeared, things happened fast! There was nothing wrong with the room. It was fully stocked and everything worked. Breakfast was adequate, but not lavish. Was it an $80 experience? Perhaps not, but then I'm not too picky.

Flight got canceled due to icy weather, called the hotel from the airport to ask if they provided shuttle service I was told they do. They told me to look for a grey or white van that says comfort suits. Got to B gate pickup, no van in sight. Tried calling the hotel back but their phones were down, later I learned that it was due to the Wifi being down. I would have chosen another hotel had the person on the line told me their shuttle service has not been in service over a year. So I spent an extra $50 in transportation expenses. Once there, check in was fairly easy. Although, there was no heat in the hallways and front reception area was freezing. The room (218) was adequate for a night of sleep but the TV volume didn’t work, tried calling the front desk, no answer. Wifi was offline the entire stay. The clock had the incorrect time which had me confused for a little while.

This hotel was less than desirable, I am not picky but we had roaches in each room (we had 3 rooms on opposite floors and sides) for 2 nights. Pool not working, breakfast was bare minimum. Night help was there and friendly but day help kept leaving and Keys have to be reprogramed each time. No maintenance being done at all. Everything seemed to be not working.

WORST HOTEL EVER. Waited an hour at front desk for someone to let me into my room. No staff on all day. Nobody answers the phone. Pool broken. Gym is entirely broken. Had to get a cleaner to let me into my room when keycard system failed just so I could get my luggage and leave. Not even a staff member answering the phone to refund me for the night that I no longer want to stay for. If I could give this hotel zero stars I would.

Always frustrating to arrive to an empty reception desk after a long journey. Knocking and shouting didn’t help. Unfortunately the elevator was broken down but I managed to get a ground floor room. Was woken repeatedly during the night by shouting and doors banging - presumably the fire escape door given the lift situation. Not overly expensive but realistically all I wanted was a good nights’ sleep on my journey and on that count it was a failure. Room was dimly lit and there were sticky spots on the carpet. Breakfast was the basic kind of low-nutrition affair that you eat only to avoid starving.

Stay away! This place is a stinker. Here's a list of all the ways you will be disappointed by these "comfort" suites: - Although you may receive a welcome email that promises shuttle service to and from the airport, when you call to request it, you will find that no such service is offered. - Although the booking site shows a pool and hot tub, neither of these amenities are functional or open. Too bad if you wanted to cool off after a day of travel. - WiFi? It may technically exist, but good luck getting online or staying connected to it. It simply doesn't work. - The rooms are in deplorable condition, with large gouges in the walls, floors, and furniture. Oh, and they take a damage deposit when you check in, so be sure to take photos of all the preexisting damage to your room. - The bedsheets and blankets are stained. - The pillows are half size. - Staff is virtually non-existent and, if you can even find them, completely unhelpful with regards to any issues you will encounter during your stay. In summary, this hotel should be investigated by the BBB for false advertising. Don't waste your money or your time at this miserable, un-cared-for establishment.
